A two story 7,900 SF Medical office building in Orange California is in the preliminary development stage and will have a basement level to accommodate additional parking. Located right across from St. Joseph Medical Center and walking distance from Children hospital of Orange County (CHOC), this development project is aimed to fulfill the need of better medical office space accessibility for 1-4 physician offices who have the privacy of a standalone office building, yet in close proximity to two major hospitals.

The prospective two story office building will provide ample on site and lower level parking for physician and customer use.
