Sam Elkasm (Kasm)

Sam Kasm is the Founder and Principal of RealRidge, where he oversees the firm’s investment strategy, asset management platform, and development advisory activities. He brings a comprehensive background across both residential and commercial real estate, with experience spanning the full lifecycle of real estate investments.

Mr. Kasm’s expertise includes advisory, asset management, acquisitions, leasing, financing, loan restructurings, and dispositions across a diverse range of property types. His multidisciplinary approach enables him to deliver strategic insight and execution tailored to each stage of the investment process.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, a Master of Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Mr. Kasm is a licensed real estate broker in California and Virginia.
